Jobs datasource specification

This page describes the Workday EIB files for syncing Jobs, their Job Families and their Vacancies into TechWolf. For each file it gives the S3 location, the fields TechWolf expects, and the Workday field each one comes from. Jobs are referenced by Employees: the Employee Baseline points to a Job through assigned_position, and Internal Work History points to a Job through job_id (see the Employees specification). A Job referenced there must be synced through the Job Information file below. The rules shared by every Workday file (full dumps, dependencies, transformations and how to read the field tables) are described in the EIB Specification.
Skills on Workday Job Profiles are not delivered through an EIB file. They are synced through the Workday Job Skill Sync.
The Job Families that Jobs are grouped into. Required.File on S3: .../file_based/TechWolf_Job_Family/TechWolf_Job_Family_[yyyy][MM][dd]_[HH][mm][ss].csv
The baseline Job file. Required. Contains the Job Profiles that TechWolf infers skills for.File on S3: .../file_based/TechWolf_Job_Information/TechWolf_Job_Information_[yyyy][MM][dd]_[HH][mm][ss].csv
Open Vacancies linked to Jobs. Highly recommended. Vacancy text is a strong signal for skill inference.File on S3: .../file_based/TechWolf_Job_Requisition/TechWolf_Job_Requisition_[yyyy][MM][dd]_[HH][mm][ss].csv
