TechWolf Analyst Agent

The TechWolf Analyst Agent is a workforce intelligence agent. A user asks it questions in natural language, and it answers from the organization’s TechWolf data combined with external labour-market data. It can help with:
  • Job architecture: what skills roles require, how jobs are structured, and where the gaps are.
  • Employee skills: who has which skills, and where the gaps are.
  • AI impact: which tasks and roles are most affected by automation.
  • Market intelligence: what the external market is hiring for, and how the organization’s roles compare.
  • Workforce planning: internal mobility, role redesign, and strategic planning.
The agent is advisory and read-only: it explains and analyses, and it cannot take actions in any HR system. It runs on TechWolf’s infrastructure, with model inference served by Amazon Bedrock in the organization’s region.

Where users reach it

The agent is available in two places:
  • The TechWolf Console. Users with agent access open it directly from the Console. Access is granted per user by your own administrators; see User Management.
  • Microsoft 365 Copilot. The same agent, inside the tools your teams already work in. Your Microsoft 365 administrator sets it up once for the whole organization; see Installation.
Both surfaces answer from the same data with the same per-user access rules, and draw on the same credit allowance.

In this section

  • User Management: granting and removing access, and what determines the data each user sees.
  • Credits: how your organization’s weekly credit allowance works.
  • M365 Copilot: installing the agent in Copilot, how the integration works, and what it looks like.
  • FAQ: day-to-day usage questions.
