TechWolf Analyst Agent

The TechWolf Analyst Agent is a workforce intelligence agent. A user asks it questions in natural language, and it answers from the organization’s TechWolf data combined with external labour-market data. It can help with:
  • Job architecture: what skills roles require, how jobs are structured, and where the gaps are.
  • Employee skills: who has which skills, and where the gaps are.
  • AI impact: which tasks and roles are most affected by automation.
  • Market intelligence: what the external market is hiring for, and how the organization’s roles compare.
  • Workforce planning: internal mobility, role redesign, and strategic planning.
The agent is advisory and read-only: it explains and analyses, and it cannot take actions in any HR system. It runs on TechWolf’s infrastructure, with model inference served by Amazon Bedrock in the organization’s region. The Analyst Agent is currently available through Microsoft 365 Copilot. This documentation describes how it is installed, how it works, and what it looks like for end users.
