Prerequisites
Before starting, ensure you have the following:- A valid TechWolf contract and access to a live TechWolf tenant.
- Credentials to the TechWolf SFTP server to host the integration files, with a password or an SSH key. See How To: Add an SSH Key to the Integration Center .
- An SAP support case to whitelist the TechWolf SFTP server .
- Access to either the Integration Center or the Report Center in your SAP SuccessFactors tenant, depending on the integration.
Integration Center and Report Center schedules run under the account of the
user that creates them. We recommend setting up the schedules with a
dedicated technical user rather than a named administrator account.
Schedules created by a named account break when that account is deactivated.
An administrator creates the technical user, grants it the permissions
needed for the schedules, and proxies as it while creating them.

Job Profile Builder is implemented in your SAP SuccessFactors environment.
Job Profile Builder allows managing Job Roles and Job Families in SAP SuccessFactors. These entities are synced to the TechWolf SkillEngine API as Jobs and Job Families.
Configuration
To allow data to flow from SAP to TechWolf, all report schedules or integration definitions must be configured in the SAP SuccessFactors tenant. All definitions have already been templated by TechWolf, and can be imported into the SAP SuccessFactors environment by uploading those files.Integration Center
Follow the steps in How To: Load Export Integration Definitions to create a new integration definition with the correct values for each export. The integration definition files to start from are contained in the zip archive below. SFTP credentials will be provided by TechWolf.
