Integration Overview
SAP SuccessFactors is a cloud-based human capital management (HCM) suite to address all your HR needs – core HR and payroll, talent management, HR analytics, workforce planning, and more. An enterprise’s SAP SuccessFactors environment typically contains all HR-related data, including employee information, job roles, learning history, and more. Given the relevance of employee and job data for skill inference, we have developed integration solutions that connects SAP SuccessFactors to the TechWolf SkillEngine. These integrations extract the required employee data and job data from SAP SuccessFactors via the report center and/or integration center and feeds it into the SkillEngine for skill inference. The inferred skills can be used within the TechWolf SkillEngine API or synced back into SAP SuccessFactors to enrich employee and job profiles with inferred skill data.
Functional Objective
The datasource integration between SAP SuccessFactors and TechWolf is designed to extract employee data and job data from SAP SuccessFactors to provide TechWolf with valuable and relevant data to infer qualitative skill profiles for employees and jobs.
